So, y*u are jealous?

At Spark Morning Cafe

  Betty sat down in one of the private room at spark morning cafe. She sat alone browsing through her phone for entertainment news, precisely looking for gossip to read.

 She glance at her wrist watch it is 3;00pm already. it means she has been waiting for nearly two hours, even the coffee she ordered is cold. She make up her mind that she will wait for another thirty minute. If he did not show up she will leave this place. She was down suppressing the fury building in her. She put her phone in her bag, she needed to visit the restroom. 

 While she was in the bathroom Bob open the door gently to peep in the room. He look around there is no one inside but her bag is on the table which means she is still around. 

He enter and sat down waiting for her. After Betty was done in the bathroom,she enter into the room with the aim of leaving this place but immediately she entered she was engulf in a tight  hug. "Am so sorry for keeping you waiting. I know you are mad at me. But at least give me chance to explain... "Bob kept apologizing to Betty.

Betty  used the opportunity that Bob is distracted to release herself from the hug. She marched to her seat pouting, ignoring Bob who is still apologising to her.

"My babe. Am sorry now, at least look at me . You look so adorable and cute stop sulking now. OK am sorry, I had to visit Mrs Richard for a serious issue. We had meeting with some investors. I don't know it will take this much time. Can you at least forgive me this time please. Smile now you will look old when you frown to much. " Bob said smiling.

Betty smiled after been persuaded by Bob:" You should have at least call to inform me,  you just made fool out of me, I have been waiting for over two good hours, I don't like it at all."

"It's alright now, I said am sorry, OK.  I have all day with you , don't worry I will make it up to you."

"Are you sure? "

"Am sure babe. Let's order something am famishing." Bob said before calling waiter to take their order.

The fruit juice they ordered was brought first before the food will be ready. They two were chit chat when Bob phone rang suddenly interrupting there conversation. Bob fished out the phone from his pocket to check who the caller is. When he saw who was calling, he showed the phone to Betty sitting beside him.?

 "shhhhhhh! He signal to Betty to stopped her from talking. sorry I have to take this call."

Betty looked side way so He would not see her expression. She did not want her expression to give her away. She is jealous. She knows it but there is nothing she can do about it. Susan is her friend and the main fiance but if people see them she will be termed as mistress. She just has to endure this. She murmured to herself. 

After the call. Bob noticed she is still looking sideways. He gently blow air into her ear startling the latter. She has noticed He had stop talking but did not know when he moved closer to her. She turned around to face the grinning  Bob.  She placed her head on his chest playing with the buttons of his shirt. He  placed his hands on her shoulder.

"Bob, how long am I going to endure all this your lovey - dovey with Susan? Its not even up to six month the two of you got engaged and you are following are like a lost puppy. I hope you have not lost yourself to her Bob. "She said tilting her head to the side glaring at Bob.

"Are you probably jealous?, oh! oh! don't tell me that madam Betty is jealous. "Bob chuckling at her reaction. He started laughing when she turned around with her back facing him.

 "OK madam jealous"; he said.

 "Am not jealous Bob, "she exclaimed. 

"Hmmm! OK if you are not jealous then tell me what is with this your expression,Betty? It's alright Betty, " he continued. "But I think by now you should trust me and know where my heart truly belong. I was just carrying out my role while you are doing yours. Moreover, you didn't expect me to fall for that arrogant bitch and brat. God,! you know how arrogant and saucy she is. Not only that, she is lack manners, too bossy and domineering."

 "Believe me I can't cope with her one bit am just enduring her. You yourself told me that she is trying to make it workout. She doesn't love me, I know but I know she  is trying her best to make her mother happy. How long do you think I will continue to endure her attitude."  

He moved over closer to her and embrace her in her tight hug , reassuring her of his love for her. 

"Babe, look into my eyes and tell me you don't love me any more."

 Betty raised up her head looked straight into his eyes.

 "Bob, I love you so much that it hurt, it hurt to see you in another woman's embrace, hugging and pecking her. It hurt to pretend that we are mere acquaintance when it should be me holding and hugging you. It hurt when the two of you follow each other while I had to sneak around with you, it hurt and hurt too much. Bob can you at least warn me before doing all that whenever am with the two of you am not always comfortable watching...."

  Betty has not finished her speech before Bob burst with laughter. He laughed till tears started coming out of his eyes.

 "Betty, you look too good when you are jealous, come on she is your friend.  He placed his hand on his chin in a playful manner, look at you I don't k ow you could be this jealous of me, when I thought you are immune to all that."

 Betty turned her back to him again pouting with her hand on her chest. 

"Don't turn your back at me babe." He raised his too hands up in surrender.  

" alright you win. I promise  you  that I will not have any intimacy with her expect you and I promise to create more time for our meeting so you will be  ore assured that am rooted for you."

" Are you sure of what you are saying." she asked excitedly.

" Yes! I promise,but at least can you allow me to hug and pecked her?"

" hmmmm, let me think about it if it will be possible."she teased him. 

He started to tickle her. "Promise you will allow me to hug her now! if you didn't promise am not going to stop. "

 She struggle to escape laughing her ass out but he did not give her room to leave.

 "OK, I promise hug and peck her all you want." She quickly promise him so that he will release her.

 Bob release her immediately she made the promise. He hug her tightly while kissing her hair.

 Betty stayed  in his embrace catching her breath after all the laughing. They stayed like that the waiter that opened the door brought them out of their stupor. 

The dishes they ordered were served with an extra wine that is not in their order. Betty freed herself she look at the wine on the table before addressing the waiter serving them.

"Young man"she said calling the attention of the waiter.

 " Yes! madam. Is there any other thing that you needed?" she asked looking at her.

" No, not at all, everything we ordered are here but we did not order this wine, did you bring it by mistake? "she asked.

 "That! so sorry it is a gift from our manager to apologise for serving you late." He said . 

" Oh! that so sweet of him. Thank him on our behalf. We are so grateful for the gift." She smiled at him.

 The waiter return her smile. "Its our pleasure serving you ma'am. I will take my leave now. If there is anything that you need do let us know. Enjoy your meal. "He bowed before leaving them alone.

 "So cute." She muttered. She turned to see the dark face Bob . "What happened?"

"He is cute right? its that why you are smiling at him seductively."

 She laughed out loud, using her left palm to cover her mouth. 

"Bob? so you are also jealous? " She shook her head before taking her spoon to eat. " You better stop sulking and eat. I don't have time to flirt with him Bob. You better eat."

Bob took his spoon to scoop rice into his mouth He faced Betty to talk.

" Betty now that I think about it don't you think Susan and I should give you a godson or what do you think?"

 Betty stood up hold him by his collar, pointing her finger to his nose. "You dare!!!. If you try it I will chop of your jewel and give it to the dogs."

 Bob look at her  smiling. "Come on my kitten just joking. "The two laughed looking at each other. "Let's continue eating."

 They ate to there fill. Feeding and kissing each other. After they are done , the two went their separate ways as if nothing happened.
