Chapter 15

Rosemary- 

I was back in the field where I was going to try to end myself before Lucifer stopped me. Lucifer? Did I hit my head? Why would he just let me go if he was so evil? If I was made for him how could I be part werewolf? The only animal that can kill him. My head was spinning. I needed to focus on my next move not what someone else wanted me to do. I needed to get out of this place and go far away. I shifted to get some speed and eventually came to a town. I needed clothes and not the ones someone else picked out for me. I snuck around and found a building with clothes in the window. It looked to be a costume shop but I was desperate. I went to the back and kicked the door in. Luckily no alarm so now I can take my time. I tried so many different costumes on then I came across what looked to be a biker costume. I put on the tight black leather pant and matching corset top that laced up the front. I paired them with some sexy thigh high boots. To top it off I threw on the fitted leather jacket. Finally, something that feels like me. as I was leaving I heard loud music coming from the bar across the way. I look to see over 50 motorcycles parked out front. That would get me far away fast. I’m just not totally sure how to drive one. I had seen people driving them on one of Enoras TV shows. The living room was right across from mine and from time to time I would peek in from my room and watch without her knowing. 

Getting my confidence up and driven by desperation I snuck over and walked the motorcycle down the road. Here goes nothing. I kickstart it and fire it up. The engine sounded mean and when I climbed on I have to admit it was very arousing. With a twist of the handle I was off but before I could get far a huge brown wolf stood in the middle of the road staring daggers at me. I came to an abrupt halt and 

flew over the handles but before I hit the pavement, I was caught by two familiar arms. “Josiah.” 

Feeling angry and frustrated I didn’t thank him for catching me. 

“ what the hell are you doing here?” I snapped removing myself from his embrace.

“ i’ve been searching for you for days where have you been? Do you realize you’re in danger? The order is looking for you and they are trying to finish what Enora started. Did she inject you with something?” 

He looked just as beautiful as I remember him though I could tell he hadn’t slept. I thought back to my last night with Enora. I remember her injecting me as I was first starting to shift into my wolf. Before I could answer he went on. 

“They’re planning on injecting you with the last dose. I overheard their meeting. I think 

whatever it is they are giving you will give them full power over you.” 

A deafening howl came from behind us and I could hear an army of wolves heading towards us. 

“You led them right to me!!” 

I could see Josiah raging with anger when he realized they were using him to get to her. 

I jumped back on the motorcycle and kicked it in gear. Josiah quickly took my coat off of me. 

“What are you doing?!” I asked annoyed. 

“Giving you a head start. I’ll use your scent from this coat and lead them off course. Hurry!”

I guess I’ll find out if I can really ride this thing. I floored it and never looked back.
