CHAPTER 10

"Can I meet Lady Shin Hye?", asked Yoon from a lady in the Kisaeng house.

"Of course but young man you've to spend time with me.... I mean talking", said the woman while touching his shoulders and the face seductively.

Yoon Shik backed off..."Ms I'll find her myself", said Yoon Shik and walked in other direction.

He saw the men of all age hovering over some ladies and making them dance etc.

"I never got to see that ahjushi who saved my sister's life that day", mumbled Yoon. He kept on searching for Lady Shin Hye but couldn't find her.

"Sister can you tell me where is Lady Shin hye's room?", asked Yoon from a woman.

"She resides in the northern block of this house", said the woman.

Yoon thanked her and ran towards the described direction.

"So many women are here....how can I suppose to find her?", murmured Yoon and noted that he only has 30 minutes left.

He kept of walking when a woman hugged him from behind. He released her grip from himself....."I'm watching you since long....I can pleasure you young man", said the woman and started removing Yoon's robes.

" Ms don't do this", said Yoon and grabbed her hands.

"Why you also want to see Lady Shin? She doesn't pleasure layman like you....since you're so handsome I can take you to the respected lady's room after having fun", said the woman and released her grip from Yoon. Yoon started walking but the an other woman also surrounded him and quickly removed his hat from his head.

"Ms"

"It's just for sometime", said the other woman touching his cheeks. He pushed them lightly and started walking quickly looking behind when the woman held his hand and in the event he stumbled and they fell inside a room.

"Ahh...", a low scream is passed by that woman. He quickly got up and turned when he saw a lady before him with a shining face but her upper clothes were almost removed. He closed his eyes and then quickly pulled off his upper robe and went towards the lady with closed eyes. He opened his eyes and saw an old man who seemed to be a bureaucrat sitting beside that lady. Yoon quickly cover the lady with his robe..."Ms wear this".

The old man stood up and said, "I'll come some other day Lady Shin" and walked away. Yoon looked at her eyes with a surprise and then got up.

Lady Shin glared at the two women who were trying to throw themselves on Yoon and they walked out.

"Thank you sir for...", said Lady Shin with a smile on her moon face.

"It's my duty. I mean every man should protect the woman first. Ms I was searching you", said Yoon looking into her eyes.

"You must be here for the task", said Lady Shin.

"How do you...", mumbled Yoon.

Lady Shin stood up elegantly and opened the drawer and grabbed her silk handkerchief from inside. She took the ink brush and wrote her name in Chinese on the handkerchief.

"Here my Lord", said Lady Shin.

"You don't have to call me lord. I'm just a normal man", said Yoon while taking the handkerchief from her.

She passed a lovely smile to Yoon.

"Thank you Ms...", said Yoon and smiled.

"Please come here sometime to have tea", said Lady Shin.

Yoon turned back in surprise...."Of course....", said Yoon and walked out.

"Finally I made it", said Yoon and entered the school's entrance.

Those who failed were told to step aside from passed one.

"Wooh who got this task of getting a handkerchief from Lady Shin?", asked Gwan.

"Senior", said Yoon in a loud voice.

"Did you complete the task?", asked Gwan.

"Yes senior.. .here", said Yoon giving him the handkerchief.

Beong So took that handkerchief from Gwan's hand and smelled it.

"It's indeed her....well done Yoon Shik", said Beong So.

Yoon Shik looked at Sung Tae who was giving him a surprising look.

"How did you do that?", asked Sunwo.

"It's a long story....I'm tired. I'm sleeping", said Yoon and fell on the bed.

"Tell me", said Sunwo while shaking him. But Yoon was already asleep.

In the early morning two guys came to everyone's room and knocked at the rooms of the scholars.

"Yoon wake up", said Yeong.

Yoon opened his eyes and got seated. He then blinked his eyes and then all the scholars went to the washrooms for their daily routine.

"That old man....Baek-aa", mumbled Yoon.

"What?", asked Sunwo.

"The restaurant owner", said Yoon looking at Baek.

"I'm the chief coordinator of your daily work. I hope you all will show great results in this one year time period", said Baek.

"Unbelievable", murmured Yoon.

"Team 12 please step forward", said Baek.

They all looked at each other and stepped forward.

"Yesterday I was informed that your team only Yoon Shik was cleaning the room. You forgot I guess the meaning of teamwork", said Baek.

"Baek....I mean teacher I was late so they had nothing to do with this", said Yoon Shik.

"As soon as you were allotted team it should be done by all the team members. Here lies the punishment for this......you all will wash the dirty clothes of all the scholars here", said Baek.

Lee Eunshi and Sung Tae glared at Yoon Shik.

"Oh my soft hands", mumbled Sunwo looking at his hands which were swollen due to washing of clothes.

"I'll do it", said Yoon.

"No one can do other's task", said Baek and walked away.

Sung Tae lost his temper and keep on hitting the clothes with the wooden block. The dirt water drops fell on Lee Eunshi's face so he started hitting the clothes more strongly and then threw it on Yoon's face.

"Don't you have eyes?", asked Yoon.

He ignored Yoon and walked away.

"Ahjushi where's my oppa?", asked Hani from Jangmi.

"I don't know....He might be in training. Don't go here and there...there are all boys here ", said Jangmi. He turned back and saw Hani wasn't there. He panicked seeing this so walked out to find Hani from the library of Sungkyunwan.

"That oldie was lecturing instead of telling. Should I go here or there? I should turn left....", mumbled Hani and looked for Yoon.

Hani bumped on someone but the man caught him in time.

"What are you doing?", asked Do Yeong looking at her and then released her.

"Oppa...... I...I", stumbled Hani into her words.

"What...you're out of words? I didn't tell Yoon about that", said Yeong while smiling.

"Sorry", said Hani in a low voice.

"What?", asked Yeong with an amused look and get close to Hani.

"I'm sorry for that.....I don't want to....wait I've a perfume with me. My oppa gifted me this saying it's an exquisite perfume so you can keep it", said Hani taking the small bottle of perfume from her pocket.

"Gift me from your money. Your brother's perfume I don't need", said Yeong with a smile.

Hani looked at him and asked, "how is my oppa?"

"He's good. I'm his roommate.... Btw I want to tell you something. You've grown so much since last I saw you 9 years ago and you doesn't wear clothes like a woman", said Yeong with a smile.

"I'm a warrior", said Hani.

"Really? Let's have a dual someday...in sword fighting", said Yeong with a smile.

"Okay but don't get defeated by me", said Hani and smiled.

"You should go now before someone sees you", said Yeong and gestured her to go.

Hani walked away from there.

Yeong smiled seeing her..."wait why I'm smiling?", said Yeong and hit her forehead and walked towards the opposite direction.

"Baek...I mean teacher.....why didn't you tell me?", asked Yoon.

"Why should I tell you?", asked Baek.

"Because you should", said Yoon.

"I'm your teacher here not an old ahjushi", said Baek and hit at his forehead with the wooden stick.

"Btw the teacher who qualified you know you since a long time. The first day you came to my restaurant was the day when he also came there. He's the education head and seeing you he supported you as he knew you can't cheat. He saved your sister that day from the Kisaeng house", said Baek.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?", asked Yoon.

"He told me not to say anything to you until you qualified the exam. Also, Jangmi told your sister was here", said Baek.

"What? Why?", asked Yoon.

"Jangmi is librarian here so she will come here by now and then", said Baek.

"I can see her then", said Yoon with a smile.

"Don't involve her too much. Men are all around so I'll tell her to leave this job and work in my restaurant", said Baek and walked away.
