Chapter 1

It was a perfect Wednesday evening till I went to hang out with my friends as planned.

Kaci said she got an appointment with doctor.... which is a really bad excuse, we both pretend to fall for when we are too bored to hang out.

So as Kaci wasn't coming with me, I had to go alone to the Starbucks -our usual hangout spot.

But when I went in my mind went blank by the sight in front of me.

Kaci!!!Why aren't you here when I need you the most !!!!

Xander was with a girl in the corner table, telling her something and giggling at her. I felt jealous but I just shrugged it off and walked to him.

'Hey Xan!!' I said.

'Hey Zenara!!!What's up?' Xander greeted back.

'Nothing much...what about you?' I replied sitting down on a chair in front of the new girl.

'Same here......' Xander said.

'And this is?' I asked looking at the girl.

'Oh!..This is Shanya,my girlfriend' Xander said.

I felt my heart shattering into piece ....

'Nice to meet you' Shanya said smiling at me, even though It looked more likely a fake irritated catfish grin.

'Nice to meet you too' I forced a smile.

She looked at Xander asking about me 'This is Zenara, my best friend' Xander said.

'friends'!!! My inner goddess mocked me with a sarcastic laugh.

'So... I guess I have seen you before' I asked from Shanya.

'Ah!! I'm a cheerleader at rivendale' she said.

'Oh really? I was also a cheerleader till last semester' I replied.

'Of course... I have heard a lot about you...' Shanya said grinning.

'Oh!! Really, Are you new to rivendale or?' I asked even though I could predict answer.

'Yes, I moved here last semester...but started school from this year as I was busy with my work' Shanya replied.

'Where do you work?' I asked genuinely interested.

'I'm doing some modeling jobs....' Shanya replied.

'Wow!! I'm also interested in fashion designing' I said.

Just then Alex approached us.

'Yo!! Sorry for the delay guys, this traffic is a no joke ' He said sitting beside me.

'So now. Why did you gather us?' Alex asked.

'I just wanted to introduce my girlfriend . This is Shanya '. Xander said.

Here we go again!!!...and my mood was ruined all over again and again.....

'Right babe?' Xander asked looking at Shayna.

'Oh. Hi!!' Xander greeted with a bored expression.

She nodded with a shy smile.

I just sipped my Americano not been able to look anymore.

And when I felt my cheeks getting wet I knew I'm done for sure...

I reached my pocket to find some tissue....

But Shanya Suddenly gasped.

'Oh my god!! Are you crying? 'She asked.

'N-no... I'm not' I said in a broken voice.

Xander and Alex turned to me trying to get a closer look at my face.

'I need to go to the restroom. I've got something in my eye' I said getting up quickly.

'Oh!!! No... You are really crying. Your lips are also trembling.' Shanya said.

'Are u okay' xander asked. Of course I'm not.

But somehow I managed a little ' yes' and started going to the restroom.

'Stop worrying babe. She is always a cry baby.' I heard xander saying which caused me to stop dead in track.

I looked at him with anger filled eyes as tears kept falling.

'THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF YOU, AND NOW YOU ARE CALLING ME A CRY BABY' I yelled back enabling to stop myself.

Xander stood up and looked at me with a shocked expression.

Shanya also looked at me terrified.

And Alex just stared at me.

'What the heck is wrong with you' Xander asked me in an amused tone.

'Ho-How can you do this to me?' I shouted at him.

'Zenara calm down. I don't know what's wrong with you but fucking shut up. The whole cafe is staring at us' just then I realized the judging eyes directed at me.

I was trembling and lost for words, tears flowing non-stop , and I'm here like a lost puppy.

Oh gosh god please save me!!!!!

Alex came and held my arm ' Let's go!!!' He said as he tried to scoot me outside.

'You know what? You are just angry because you think that the world spin around you. And top of that how could you ruin my date' Xander shouted stopping both of us.

'Enough is enough' Alex Shouted and I flinched at the tone full of anger.

We left there going to Alex's car.

'Get in!!' Alex opened the door to the passenger's seat and I slipped in.

His car is a black Tesla sports car, which has black and red interior, and it smelled really nice.

Alex got in starting the car 'don't worry it'll be ok. I'll drop you off at your home' I looked outside sighing loudly.

'I want to party Alex. Let's go clubbing' I asked almost pleading.

I'm not a huge fan of parties but maybe it can help this time.

'Bunny, we are under-age. So please as a good girl go home and rest. I'll be with you, if you want' I just nodded and felt myself smiling a little at his cheesiness.

'What are you looking at? Am I that handsome?' he smiled at me forming his significant smile.

'Hmm I guess so!!' I said as I stuck my tongue at him.

'Don't you have anything to ask me?' I suddenly asked.

'About what' he said while looking at the road.

'About the earlier thing happened' I said.

He glanced at me quickly before fixing his eyes on the road again...

'Do I have to know?' He asked softly, and I just let out a little 'Hmm'.

Alex cleared his throat and turned on the radio.

It was playing 'I'm a bad guy'.

What's with this song!! , it doesn't suit the situation at all.

The rest of the car ride was calm without any word as we headed to our home.

I mean 'My' home.
