I walk into my office confidently in my strapless pencil dress, feather jacket and three inch heels, taking every step graciously with the young accountant trailing behind me.
Hmm, miss.
That would be over soon. I think twirling the massive gold and diamond on my ring finger.
Taking my seat at the back of the huge desk, i put my elbows down on the polished wood, intertwining my manicured fingers together under my chin.
"So tell me Mr Jerome, how is the mobile distribution going?"
It's been four months now since i started working in this company ,and in that short spam of time, I've managed to climb my self up to the position of assistant CEO of the biggest electronics companies in Granville and one of the biggest in the whole of us.
One of the perks of dating the founder, owner and CEO of same organization.
A year ago, i never would have thought, I'll be anywhere close to a building like this one, not to mention sitting in the big seat and managing the affairs of everything going on inside out, especially since Andrew isn't always here so that gives me more advantage to everything.

I nod again and hum, this is good improvement, and if my plan goes accordingly, everything would be perfect.

The expression on his face changes and he looks grim. "do i have to really? "
"Yes "i glare at him praying his not going to try or say anything stupid.

"I'm getting married to Andrew very soon and once it's done, there wouldn't be any need to be having all this dubious thoughts anymore because i will take care of everything.
He stares at me a little for a while, not seeming contented with my agreement with him first. Then he nods his head and says "if you say so miss Raies "
"Good " i smile. One of the brilliant features of myself ,i can be really convincing you'll get confused. "now Mr Jerome, this is just between the two of us and if one word of this gets out... "
"What if it does? " he challenges adjusting his glasses.
I huff "who do you think they will believe? My word against yours. "i smirked "and then you'll loose your job, I'll hire someone else willing to do it for me, perhaps even a female "
He swallows and nods in understanding "you know, for an undergraduate you know how to play your game "
A silly smirk plays even wider on my lips as i watch him walk away.

Dinner isn't going well at all. I feel uncomfortable with two burning gazes on me, one a deep shade of mesmerizing blue and the other, the darkest of browns. She's just sitting there alone, twirling with her fingers and staring of into space, or someone.
