Going home

Addilyn pov-

I have seen everyone but Lola and Ryder. Lola is going to be coming in next.

Ryder thought he would be coming in last and I'm kinda scared, I have no idea what he looks like, what he's like anymore or if he will even still like me. I don't just mean in a friendly way either.

Lola walks into the room seconds later and a huge smile on her face. She sits next to me and pulls me into a huge hug. I know that this was very hard on her too. I mean me and Lola grew up together and we've always been close. Hell when we were younger we were like brother and sister for christ sakes. She pulls away and I see that she is just taking me in, I'm pretty sure her brain is all over the place at the moment and there is nothing she can do about it.

" Hi Lola, I miss you ".

" You have no idea how much I missed you Addy, I cried every single day just wanting you to come back and be with me again, I wished for you to come back every single day. And yet here you are ".

We both let out a small laugh under our breath, she smiled at me again.

" I need to tell you something Addy ".

" Let me guess you like girls ".

She looks at me with a shocked face and now her mouth hangs open, I give her a warm, loving and supportive smile.

" Close your mouth Lola, you're gonna catch flies. To answer your question, I have known since we were younger, it's just who you are and I couldn't be luckier to have a best friend like you ".

She gives me a loving smile and then hugs me once again, yep I love this girly so much.

" Addy there's one more thing that you need to know ".

I just nod my head and wait for her to speak, why does she seem nervous.

Why is she nervous?

" It's about Ryder. . . he um-- he still has a huge crush on you Addy and I think he wants to be with you, more than just a friend ".

I then smile and look straight into her eyes.

" What if he knew I felt the same way? "

" Wait, you do? "

I just nod my head and she gives me a huge smile.

She gives me one last hug and walks out of the room.

Oh god this means that Ryder is about to come in here. It's been 7 years since I have seen him, does he know that I have been in love with him for so long. Does he really feel the same way about me, because I'm really hoping that he does.

Seconds later the door opens, there he is its ryder. Before he even gets halfway to the bed I jump into his arms and wrap my arms and legs around him, he buries his head in my neck as I do the same to him. He doesn't move, he just holds me, I feel my neck getting wet, he's crying. And I may just be doing the same thing. I lace my fingers in his black hair. He runs his fingers through my long golden locks. Yeah i'm definitely in love, I'm pretty sure he's in love to.

As he sits us down on the bed he just pulls me closer.

" I'm never letting you go again adds ".

So he doesn't, I have no idea how long it's been but he still hasn't let me go.

After a short while he pulled away, when he looked into my eyes, I began to drown in his deep blue ocean eyes. I take the pads of my thumbs and I wipe away his tears, he looks down at the cast on my arm and he just let's more of his tears fall. He once again pulls me close and stops as our faces are inches apart. His lips then brush on mine, before I can even think we both move forward and our lips become one, we become one.

We began to move as one and I wrapped my arms around his neck while he went around my waist.

When we both pull away from running out of air he rests his forehead on mine. Yeah I really do love him.

" Addy you have no idea how long I have wanted to do that for, I love you Addilyn. More than just a friend, way more than just a friend. Yeah way more than a friend ".

" I love you to Ryder ".

He lets out a laugh of happiness as he holds me close once again.

" I heard about how that fucking escuse for a human treated you, I'm never gonna let anyone touch you again. Never again ".

This is the place I belong in Ryder's arms, in the boy that I love arms. He means so much to me.

Once Ryder gives me one last kiss and leaves the room my mom makes her way back in the room, she gives me new clothes. It's a pair of undergarments, jeans, a t-shirt and a sweater. After I get dressed she passes me a pair of clothes.

She helps me braid my hair and then she helps me put the sweatshirt on. Then we leave the hospital room and I get to go home, finally. Once I walked outside of the hospital room all of my brothers hugged me at once. I let out a small giggle as they hug me and we make our way toward the car park to finally go home.

We all get loaded up in cars, I'm sitting next to Ryder in the back seat of my moms car, he puts his hand on my thigh and we take off in the car, Lola had her parents pick her up. As we head home i know that everything is going to be okay, all i know is i want to just be happy and spend the rest of my teenage years messing around with my brothers and friends. Those are the only things I want, I watch outside as we head home and we pull up to a very familiar house. I'm finally home.
