After that incident, Master James was strictly ordered to say away from me. Master Adrian warned him saying that he was still alive because he was the right hand for Master Gerard. Otherwise, Master Adrian would have strangled Master James to death. Master Gerard also ordered him to stay away from all the slaves. All the slaves thanked me. As Master Gerard's territory was a living hell for all the slaves because of the wrath of Master James. It was really a nightmare for me to face that time. But in the end, I was saved. And I was saved by Master Adrian.
It was impossible for everyone to believe that Master Adrian did not just save my life but also turned me. As I had heard, Master Adrian never turned anyone for a long time. Even Master Gerard was surprised to see that I was turned by Master Adrian.
I had heard from many people that whoever takes your virginity, you get attached with them. It is like a bond that can not be broken. I could feel that bond between me and Master Adrian. Everything was perfect with him. Master Adrian was kind and very loving. And the most important part, he was very playful in
the bed. Every time I had sex with him, it was marvelous. Every time, he had gotten something new to make it more pleasurable. To be honest, I really never wanted him to go away. I wanted him to stay in bed with me. Perks of being an immortal, we don't have to be worried about getting tired.
I was kinda very happy being there. Master Adrian went for his work and all the problems he had told fix. But I knew that in the end, he would be with me. With his arms wrapped around me and my legs wrapped around his waist. I just did not know when but I somehow grew closer to him. The bond and the attachment somehow could not be defined. There were no words I could think of to describe the feeling of being around him. His arms were like a strong shield. Every time when he said that he would not let anyone hurt me, I definitely believed him because I knew Master Adrian never lied to anyone. And he proved that as well by turning me into an immortal. There was nothing I could have asked for except for Master Adrian.
Yes, it was true. I was getting attached with him and fast. I did not know when but I fell in love with him. The great Master Adrian who was known as the living nightmare, I fell in love with him. It was really something I would never have believed if someone would have told me that before I met Master Adrian. Or I should say, before I was bought by Master Gerard. It took me time but I understood my feelings for Master Adrian. And I decided to tell him everything after the sun would set down. I was excited to know if he had the same feelings for me.
MASTER ADRIAN'S POV:-
I sat up on the bed as the sun finally set down. I could not even sleep properly. It was finally the time to go back. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw my Eve in front of me. I was missing her. All I had been waiting for to get my work done so I could go back and cuddle with my mate.
I finally understood the bond between the mates. They are not just born to live together, they are born to be together even after death. Without wasting any other moment, I jumped off of the bed and went to the bathroom. I took a quick shower and stepped out.
After wearing my clothes, I packed up my stuff. As I knew if I would wait for maids, they would have taken a lot of time. And it could be possible to stay at Master Gerard's territory for another day. And I really did not want that. I just wanted to go back and bury my face in her lap. So I could inhale her sweet scent again.
I was done with my packing. I asked a server to take my bag to my cart. So I would not have to wait for my cart to be ready. As I grabbed my coat, I heard a knock on the door. I smiled as I had sensed the person who was standing at the door. "Come on, Lissie." I said and went towards the stand that had my hat.
Lissie stepped into my room and I turned around. She came to me and wrapped her arms around me. She kissed me and I kissed her back. I then broke the kiss and cupped her face with my hands. "You don't have to worry about yourself anymore. And I will also be carefree from your side, as I know that you can take care of yourself." I said and she frowned hearing my words. I mentally slapped myself for not mentioning anything about my return.
"What do you mean, Master? Do you still have anything left? You said all your works were done yesterday." She asked me in a confused tone and I nodded my head.
"I don't have any more things to take care of, so I am going back to my territory. I have not mentioned that. I actually forgot to tell you." I replied to her and the sweet smile she had on her face, it faded away. She then chuckled nervously and grabbed my hand.
"You did not tell me. But don't worry. It will take only a few minutes for me to pack up. Then I will be ready to go with you. It will not be a problem." She said in an excited tone. I could see hope in her eyes. I sighed because I knew it was time for me to explain everything to her. I just did not know where to start with. Or if I should tell her the truth.

EVE'S POV:-I was standing on the balcony of Master Adrian's bedroom. He was still in bed. He did not wake up but I wanted to see the sun set. As I was not a vampire, I was able to see the sun. I always liked to sit into the sunlight and enjoy the warmth it offers to every single living being in this world. To be honest, I have ever prayed not to become a vampire. For me, the sun and its warmth was like a gift. Something I had never gotten into my life.I once had heard that a mother's arms were like the warmth of the sun.
