After walking for a few minutes we finally reached the hotel's entrance where we all stood in amazement. The building was almost 50 stories high, engravings that covered the series of pillars, and an illuminated sign that read 'Le Croissant-Lune'. Khalil's Mom went ahead to check us in and get the keys to our rooms with Khalil following closely behind since he knew that she would need help leaving me and Lilac in the lobby. "Hope, what does that sign mean? Is it a desert?" I chuckled as I bent down to pat her head "No, its French and it mean 'The Crescent Moon' which could very well be a desert. I mean I would definitely eat it." Lilac started to burst out laughing and soon enough we ended up strolled around the lobby since she got bored of staying in one place until Khalil and his Mom got back with the keys.

Eventually Khalil and his Mom came back and the four of us separated to get settled in our rooms with Lilac staying with her mom and Khalil with me. As we walked down the hall I saw that Khalil looked like the life had been drained out of him "Why do you look so tired? It couldn't have been that hard just to get a key" Khalil sighed "Usually it wouldn't be, but my Mom insisted that she booked rooms right next to one another. So I ended up having to hold her back from tackling the women at the front desk as she rechecked our room numbers. Turns out she didn't read the tickets properly and she booked rooms across the hall from one another." By the expression on his face I could tell that it must have been a real bother for him to hold his Mom back but I couldn't help but laugh. "Didn't know your mom still had it in her" I chuckled as Khalil sulked in despair "Wow such concern for my well-being you should really get a compassion reward."

Having gotten to the room Khalil and I were mesmerized by the décor. There were two lavish beds consisting of what looked like pure red silk, one bathroom that was big enough to be mistaken for two, a large screen TV surrounded by a curved chair, and a large balcony with lavish rocking chairs. "I didn't know your Mom could afford something like this" Khalil eyes shifted from left to right "I know that she got a pay raise and promoted but I didn't think she earned so much." Khalil and I played rock, paper, scissors to see who would get the bigger bed and since I could read him like a book I knew that he would pick rock and I won the bigger bed. After unpacking our things Khalil and I made our way to his Mom and sister's room who were arguing over who would get the bigger bed. This went on for a long while before Lilac settled for the smaller bed since she was smaller.

Khalil's Mom had planned out the entire trip so we began on her list by heading to see the Lion King play. The Wilson family really loves the Lion King and there is no denying that fact seeing as prior to going to the theater we went to nearby gift shop and stocked up on Lion King hats, mugs, snacks, and way more. The show was amazing but there were some moments that I wanted to sink in my chair like when Scar pushed Mufasa into the stampeding hoard making Khalil and Lilac yell out in protest almost getting us kicked out. After the show we went to a nerby beach which none of us were prepared for since we ended up having to buy swimsuits at the shop near the beach. Throughout the entire time Khalil face was a little red and for a while I didn't know why until it hit me that this would be the first time Khalil saw me in a bikini so I began to turn a little red just like him. His mom and sister made it their mission to get me in something they said was 'fashionable' but was just plain revealing. In the end I couldn't escape and just got a purple camo one that ended up being a two piece which I didn't know till it was too late.

As soon as I exited out the changing room Khalil's eyes fell straight on me and I could see him blushing harder by the second until he finally came up to me. "Y-you look...hot" I quickly looked up as Khalil realized what he just said "W-w-wait did I say that out loud!? I-I mean you look good- No no you don't look good you look amazing- I mean- Gah!" By this point Khalil was more red then I'd ever seen him but I just gave out a low chuckle "Thanks and I can confidently say that seeing you shirtless is something that should happen more often." I caressed his chest before walking off and leaving Khalil to fall in the sand with his eyes in literal swirls. For the rest of the day we all swam, played volley ball, and ate ice cream before Lilac eventually fell asleep meaning that it was time to head back. We all got changed and headed back to the hotel where I went back to Khalil and I's room alone since he was helping his Mom put Lilac in bed. I got changed, putting on Khalil's hoodie with some shorts. When he got to the room Khalil put on some sweatpants with a tank top before jumping on top of me and getting himself comfortable. "You got your own bed you know" Khalil looked up and gave me a peck "I know but I'm in the mood to snuggle up with my girlfriend. There nothing wrong with that is there?" I sighed before caressing his head and grabbing my phone to watch some YouTube videos.

The second I turned on my phone it buzzed nonstop with text messages and a bunch of missed calls mostly from Jacob but some from my Dad too. Khalil had fallen asleep by this point so I was lucky enough to not have him see my phone buzzing out of control but I couldn't risk him overhearing a phone call conversation with either of them so I simply texted them back with the same thing 'I'm fine. Leave me alone. I'll get back to you when I do.' At this point I was no longer in the mood to do anything so I turned my phone off again and went to sleep. For the next 2 days I avoided turning on my phone at all costs since I knew that if I did I would be in for a buzzing mess which was easy since spending time with Khalil, his mom, and sister meant that I didn't have even one dull moment. Soon enough it was our last night in Miami and so when Lilace went to sleep Khalil, his Mom, and I went to nearby liquor store and drank the night away.

After a few shots Khalil's Mom had passed out so Khalil and I went back to our room and watched a movie with us both being a little drunk. Maybe an hour into the movie Khalil and I began to make out. One thing lead to another and we ended up sleeping with one another. The next morning I woke up before Khalil with a huge hangover but I soon forgot about my headache when I remembered what happened the night before and turned to see Khalil laying next to me, no clothes in sight. So I quickly shook Khalil awake and for awhile we both just laid there without saying a word. This was before Khalil began to speak but I knew he would try to apologize for what happened so I just kissed him and gave him a smile "Don't try and make this sound like a mistake because drunk or not I don't regret it" Khalil blushed before holding me against his bare chest. "I'm glad I'm not the only one" so after laying there for a few more minutes we got ready and packed our things. Khalil's face was still bright red and so was mine but we were both happy while Khalil's Mom was still suffering from a major headache having her to fall asleep before the flight had even lifted. "So this trip would make me one more of your firsts huh" Khalil said this with a slight smirk as he grabbed me hand making me chuckled "Yeah let's just see if you can keep it up" he laughed before giving me a passionate kiss. For the rest of the flight I put my head on his shoulder and fell asleep since last night didn't really help me to regain much energy.

After getting off the flight Khalil called his Mom and Lilac a cab since they still had a long way home. Before leaving Lilac gave me a big hug with Khalil's Mom doing the same followed by a kiss on the cheek "Make sure that my son treats you like the queen that you are" I smiled and nodded which I followed with another hug. After sending them off Khalil insisted on dropping me off at my place but knowing that Jacob was probably waiting for me I lied and told him my Dad was there and seeing as he's very overprotective that wouldn't be such a good idea. So I instead followed Khalil to his place to drop him off "Stay safe ok" I nodded " I will my place isn't that far anyway" he grabbed my hands and pulled me into a hug before sliding his hands to my waist and planting a kiss on my forehead. After a while of embracing one another Khalil eventually let go and I waved him goodbye as he went inside.

For the rest of my walk home I couldn't help but think about the entire vacation especially what had happened between Khalil and I. I couldn't help but blush uncontrollably as I remembered more and more from that night but I have no regrets Khalil and I are more closer then ever before and I feel like I truly am apart of his family. They made me feel welcome and loved, something that my Mom had only been able to do and I've forgotten over the years so this vacation was definitely something that I would never forget.

  • Living a Double Life   Welcome to the world

I said it once and I'll say it again with Khalil time really flew by, it seems like yesterday the we were attending our first few doctors appointments and getting our online classes set up. Now we have completed our online journey with me now being a week from 9 months pregnant it almost seems unreal to see that my stomach had grown to such an enormous size. Khalil wanted to be surprised of the baby's gender but I don't like surprises that much so I was in charge of planning the gender reveal. I'm not gonna spoil the surprise now but let's just say that I'll have the chance to use one of my favorite baby name choices. During our time in Florida Khalil and I made quite a few friends making keeping the baby's gender a secret a really difficult task especially since my girls really pressed me to get the gender out of me but all they got was teased as I spoke but caught myself before revealing the gender. For the baby reveal party I designed everything to be an outdoor barbeque type

  • Living a Double Life   Our 2 year Florida home

The week went by in a blur of online school, paperwork discussing the matters of my trip, and packing. Jacob wasn't home the day of my departure because of an emergency that came up last minute so to make sure that he was aware of what I was up to I left him a little note. 'Work emergency have to travel out of state will be back when everything is sorted out' yeah I made sure not to give any specifics on the trip. As I took a taxi to Khalil's place I took the liberty of texting Mr. & Mrs. Hao along with Mr. Hansson about my trip that way they can't say that I was sneaking around again like with my trip to Miami. As the taxi pulled up at Khalil's house I saw him standing on the sidewalk surrounded by hundreds no maybe thousands of bags and I couldn't help laughing as the taxi drivers jaw fell open. "Please tell me that isn't your boyfriend" I continued to laugh as I gave the taxi driver an apologetic look "I'm so sorry!" After parking the driver went out to help Khalil put hi

  • Living a Double Life   A business solution

For the next 2 months Khalil and I attended several doctor appointments and worked to get everything in order for the baby's arrival. Khalil's Mom and Lilac were a great help in this process as for how they found out well they overhead Khalil and I trying to figure out how we should tell them when they came for a surprise visit. I was expecting Khalil's Mom to be furious but it was the exact opposite as she jumped for joy and Lilac relentlessly rubbed my stomach. I really don't know what I would have done without her, she was the biggest help as she and Lilac accompanied us to shop, appointments, and just to receive advice from physicians on how to keep fit during my pregnancy. I have to say that Khalil was probably taking this whole pregnancy situation more serious than me with him buying heaps of baby formula even though I was still 7 months away from giving birth, signing up for father to be classes, and even taking some short doctoring courses all of which I found adorable.

  • Living a Double Life   Unplanned Pregnancy

For the next few weeks Jacob and I attended several meetings with our parents in order to sort out the legal matters concerning our marriage. The only remotely acceptable part of the agreement is that despite this union I am still the sole beneficiary of Mr. Hansson's company so at least I would have something of my own in this whole merge. During these days Jacob attempted to get close to me by taking me on dates, proposing movie nights, and a bunch of other romantic activities but I dodged it all and made it clear more than a million of times that this was purely business and I held no romantic feelings towards him. He even stooped as low as to try and get our parents to promote such behavior but whenever this would happen I would just put myself into a daze until they were done and ready to proceed with more important matters. Somewhere near the end of the legal procedures I began to experience morning sickness but seeing as I was under pressing amounts of stress I just dismi

  • Living a Double Life   Sooner than later

As I neared the apartment I began to be overwhelmed with dread and this gut retching feeling that I was in for a huge problem. Turns out I was right and probably shouldn't have even opened the door cause the moment I did I was met by the dissatisfied looks on not only Jacob's face but also those of both our parents. My Father was the first to speak as he gave me a cold glare that made chills run down my spine "Well if it isn't my dear daughter it seems you have been making some irresponsible choices during the time we've been apart" as he said this Jacob's Father Daverick Hao cleared his throat making me certain that he would speak next. "Yes, and it would seem my son may also be at fault for your recent actions as he has informed us of your past plans" My eyes widened as I shot Logan a cold stare before turning back to face his Father "So? You know that we didn't want to get married if anything that should make you want to cancel-" but before I could finish Jacob's Mom cut in "
