Aaria's POV

(Aaria turnes to leave)

Aunt: Aaria, we don't blame you, sweetie. We know that it wasn't your fault. Please don't mind him and forgive him. You know him very well, dear. He's still stuck in the past. (Pleadingly)

Uncle: Yeah, Emma is right dear, just give him some time. He still loves you like before. He didn't mean it. You know him better than us. 

Aaria:(without turning back) Yeah, an.. aunt I understand, don't worry uncle. I'm fine. I'm just a little tired. If you need anything, just call me. I'll be upstairs. Good night...(saying this I rushed towards my room while hiding my tears)

                         Emma's POV

                         (Aaria's aunt)

In their bedroom 

Emma:(Crying) How can he still blame her Liam, he's not a child. It's been more than 9 years. 9 fucking years and he's still treating her like she was at fault. How can someone change completely?

 I've seen her cry in her sleep. How can I ignore her screams? 

She thinks that we don't know about her condition, but I've seen her screaming and crying in her sleep.

 She doesn't deserve this treatment from him. 

She loved him. 

She used to hang out with him all day long but after that day everything changed.

 Even after suffering so much, she always smiles.

 I'm afraid that she'll do something to herself.

 If something happens to her, then how will I show my face to my brother after death? 

I can't lose her. (she says crying loudly)" 

Liam: Shhhh, everything will be fine Emma. We should give them some more time.

 Emma: How much time Liam huh? We've already given him 9 years. He's still acting like a child. Liam, I'm afraid. 

Liam: Emma, we have to be strong for our children. We can't bear to lose any one of them. 

Emma: Haven't you seen Ria's situation (Aaria )? She always looks so depressed. I can't lose her too. (Crying) 

Liam: Emma nothing will happen. I'll not let anything happen to her. I have sworn to my sister to protect Aaria with my life. I see my sister's shadow in her. I won't let anyone or anything harm my children.

 Emma: Our children have distanced themselves from us. Will they ever be able to mend their relationship?

 Liam: Yeah, they'll soon. We just have to give them time Emma (kissing her forehead)... Have you forgotten that they're the same Robert and Aaria who used to sleep together saying that they'll fight with monsters at midnight when they disturb them (Chuckles remembering the memory).

 Emma: How can I forget that? ( slowly smiling while wiping her tears). They were a team. I hope to see them happy together like before. He was so protective of her . (sigh)

                          Aaria's POV 

In her room

"After running all the way from the living room she plopped on her bed and started crying"...

Robert is right, I don't deserve all this care and love from my aunt and uncle.....

(Waking up and looking through the window)

Maybe I deserve all this suffering and pain.

I miss my old Robert he was not like this Robert, we were best friends...

But I don't know this Robert, the aunt told me to give him some time.

Don't mind his words and forgive him..."I can forgive him for tonight, I won't mind his words but what about all the scars and bruises on my body.

"How can I forgive him for that??? 

How can I forgive him for leaving me behind when I needed him the most?.

How can I forgive him for acting like he doesn't know me when I hopefully asked him to help me?

How can I forgive him for letting his friends bully me in our own house???"(crying)..

I wanted to ask these questions to my aunt but I couldn't and I won't.

Because It'll break her completely and I can't do that because I don't want her to hate him. I don't want my aunt to hate Robert because it is the last thing I want...

I can't see hate for him in her eyes. It hurts, it hurts like hell (crying).

Sometimes I just want to give up, maybe then I will be able to find peace.

I know it was my fault but not only him but I also lost everything on that day. 

No physical pain hurts you more than the pain of losing someone you thought you'll never lose die painfully in front of your eyes.

(After continuous crying, she fell asleep)

                           Morning 

I woke up with a headache and suddenly I heard someone knocking on my door.

I saw it was  10 A.M in the morning. 

Aaria: Coming (shouted)

I opened my door and saw my aunt standing in front of me smiling as always.

 Aaria: Good morning aunt, do you need anything?

Aunt: OMG, you're still not ready? 

Aaria: Ready??? (Confused)

Aunt: Go get ready. We're going to be late for shopping and I don't want to late so get ready and I don't want to hear anything. (Hurriedly leave)

Aaria: But.........Okay...

She already left

After closing my door, I started to get ready

 After taking a bath, I pulled on a white sweater, black leggings and I finished my outfit with a pair of white pairs of sneakers. 

After taking one last look at myself, I went downstairs.

                         KITCHEN

Inside the kitchen, I only saw my aunt & uncle. Robert was nowhere to be seen.

Well, it was expected that after yesterday's argument, he wouldn't be seen this morning. It's actually good that he's not here because I'm not ready yet to face him, especially after yesterday night.

I sat with my aunt and she served me some pancakes with maple syrup and a glass of orange juice. 

She still remembers that pancakes are my favourite, but it's not tasty. 

The one that my moms used to make were much tastier than this. 

It's not that my aunt doesn't cook well, but just I miss eating pancakes made by mom.

Pancakes were my favourite I used to like them a lot. My mom used to make them for me she used to give it to me with hot chocolate sauce and strawberry on its top and sometimes pancakes whipped with white cream. I used to lick my fingers after eating that.

I miss my mom's cooking. Her pancakes were the best pancakes in the whole world. No one can ever make pancakes better than her.

(Aaria's eyes started to tear up after remembering her mother)

Aunt: Aaria, what happened, dear? Why are you not eating? Don't you like it?

(Wiping her tears secretly)

Aaria: No aunt, it's good, great actually (While taking a bite).

Uncle: Yeah, it's really good Emma. By the way, when did you learn to cook? (Teasingly) 

(Aaria giggles slowly) 

(Liam playfully winks at Aaria)

 Aunt: Ohh really Liam. (Glaring at Liam) actually, you're right, I don't know how to cook so from today onwards you're responsible for our meals. (Smirking at him)

Liam: Ohh honey, I'm so sorry. I was just joking, you know that cooking was one of the main reasons why I married you(panicked).

 Aunt: Ohh so you didn't love me. You only married me because I was good at cooking. (Throwing hands in the air while Glaring at him) 

Liam: (While panicking and coming over to Emma's side) No, honey. I didn't mean that. 

Aunt: Ohh really then what do you mean by that Huh?

Liam: Babe what I said that it was one of the reasons, not the main reason. I love you and that's the main reason why I married you. Please forgive me (holding hands)

 Aunt:(Humps) Okay, but you're doing all the cooking from now on. 

Uncle: What? Honey, please don't do that, you know that I can't cook. I can't even boil water. Please forgive me. (Pleading)

(Emma while enjoying this secretly giggles and winks at Aaria while Aaria is trying to control her laugh by biting her lips) 

Aunt: Okay fine I forgive you, but only on 1 condition that today's shopping expenses are on you and you don't get to complain about the bill no matter how much is it. Do you agree?

 Uncle: (Excitedly) Yeah, no problem. Anyway, all my money is for you and my kids. Take the card and enjoy your day.

Aunt: Okay, so Aaria are you done? 

Aaria: Yeah, aunt just a minute. ( Finishing her juice) 

Aunt: Okay, come after you're done. I'll be waiting for you in the car.

 Aaria: Okay. 

(Aunt leaves)

Uncle: Have some fun while shopping sweetie. See you later. Bye (Kissing Aaria's forehead). 

Aaria: (Nodding)Bye, take care(smiling softly). 

(Uncle leave while waving back)

( She leaves and hopped in the passenger seat of her aunt's black honda city vx)

 Aunt: Put on your seat belt. 

Aaria: Yeah ( while putting it in on).

                  EMMA'S POV

(While she was waiting while they're stuck in traffic, she received a message and checks it) 

(Smiles after opening message)

 Liam: You did great babe. I think you should join acting classes. I'm sure that you can start your career as an actress

 Emma: I know that I'm great but thank you for complimenting?. You were not bad yourself. 

Liam: Is her(Aaria) mood okay now?

Emma: Yeah, she looks better now. I think our little act worked in cheering up her mood this morning. 

Liam: That's great. Now, what will I get for playing along ???? 

Emma: What do you want? ?

 Liam: What about a kiss??

 Emma: Okay 😘. Happy?

 Liam: Hey, that's not fair, I want a real kiss

Emma: Okay? bye, I have to drive now. See you later.

 Liam: Yeah, Bye honey. Stay safe❤️

 Emma: You too❤️.
