Supermarket

•••••Aaria's POV•••••

It was our first day at our new house and we were busy settling our remaining furniture on it's the proper place. 

By us I mean me, aunt and uncle, because as always Robert wasn't at home when we woke up, he's out probably working out somewhere or maybe roaming in the neighbourhood to get to know more about this area.

After settling in, we had our breakfast together, which was cereal with milk and orange juice. Now we only need to do some shopping to fill our kitchen stock. 

So aunt decided that we'll go to the supermarket and will do the shopping. 

Uncle decided to give us the lift and told us that he'll pick us up on his way back from his office as he has to attend some important clients and sign some important deals.

We went to the supermarket and started to shop.

 This supermarket is near our home.

 It is only a 5-minute drive away and probably 15 minutes away by walking distance. 

It is huge, unlike the one in our previous town.

 In West Virginia, there wasn't a huge supermarket near our home. 

Usually, big one's were far away from our house.

 If we needed anything for an emergency, then we had to depend on the convenience store for that and it was 10 minutes away by walking distance from our previous home. 

After taking some snacks, veggies and fruits, we needed to buy some steak and my aunt told me to go and get them.

I nodded and made my way to get them.

I walked down the aisle and grabbed a few more items which we needed while checking my list after putting everything in my cart.

 I started to look for my aunt and saw her grabbing some eggs and bread, I started moving towards her. 

When I was near her, I saw a small girl struggling to get gummy worms from the shelf. 

She looked 5 or 6 years old. 

She looked so adorable while jumping and struggling to get it out of the shelf.

When she noticed me, she pouted and asked me to help her. 

I couldn't resist her puppy eyes and say no to her so, I  helped her in getting them.

 Then I realized that she is all alone.

 Aaria: Hey sweetie, why are you alone and where are your parents? (I asked looking around)

Little girl: They're at work and I'm not alone. I'm here with my uncle. (She answered looking at me)

Aaria: Ohh, but you shouldn't roam without him or else you'll get lost. (I said patting her head lovingly)

 Little girl: I won't get lost, I'm a big girl now(showing her muscles). 

Aaria:(laughs) Yeah, you're a big girl now. Where is your uncle sweetie? 

Little girl: He told me to wait for him here, he's buying groceries for dinner.

Aaria: Ohh, okay. 

Suddenly a voice came "Ana who are you taking with baby?" 

The little girl(Ana): Xavy you're back, I was talking to her. Isn't she beautiful? (She excitedly said to her uncle)

 I was looking at the guy in front of me as he was talking to that little girl.

 I think he's same as my age. 

He has blue eyes, dark auburn hair and thin red lips. 

He looked handsome, he was tall, probably 6 feet, he had sharp jawlines, he was clean shaved. 

He looked strong like he's been working out regularly. 

He has a positive aura around him. 

He looked so cute while talking to his niece. 

"Aaria"

 "Aaria" 

(I came out of my thoughts when I heard aunt calling my name)

 I looked and saw my aunt was in line for billing and was calling me, I took my trolley and went towards her.

After billing, we waited some time for my uncle to pick us up and went home.

                         XAVIER'S POV.

 As always, my sister and brother in law are busy and won't be back before tomorrow. 

Again I have to babysit Ana now. 

It's not that I hate babysitting her, it's just that sometimes she's a pain in the ass(Rolling his eyes, sighs) 

Ana: Xavy I'm hungry..(Pouted) 

Xavier: Okay, do want some instant noodles?? (please say yes )

 Ana: Uhmm... No, I won't fish fingers. (Excitedly answers)

 Xavier:( I know that she'll make it tough for me) Honey can we have instant noodles now, we can have fish fingers when mommy comes tomorrow, please? 

Ava: But she will be back tomorrow and I want it now. (Pouting)

Xavier: Then we can have it tomorrow. (Looking hopefully towards her) 

Ava: No I want it now please ( giving puppy eyes)

 Xavier: ( Ugh, no one can resist her puppy eyes ) Okay, fine. (Tiredly)

I walked towards the fridge to take out the items needed for making fish fingers for her.

 It looks like we need more ingredients. 

Ava go get ready we're going to the supermarket for some grocery shopping. (I shouted from the kitchen)

 "Okay Xavy" (She replied back)

I walked upstairs to my room and got ready after coming downstairs, I grabbed my keys and hopped in my ford mustang and waited for my niece.

We reached the supermarket and started our shopping.

She was pleading for me to buy gummy worms for her, so I said to take it and wait for me here while I take all things I needed for making fish fingers.

When I was done shopping I went to look for her and saw her talking to a girl. 

She looked happy.

 I approached her by asking"Ana, who are you taking to baby??" 

She turned around excitedly.

Ana: Xavy you're back, I was talking to her. Isn't she beautiful? (Sha said pointing out towards a girl)

"She helped me get gummy worms from the shelf." (Ana said happily showing me the packet of gummy worms)

I looked up to see a girl of my age dragging her trolley away. I couldn't see her face clearly, but I wanted to thank her for helping Ana.
