I gently put the sundress down. 

 

I wouldnt want Drew seeing the unseeable.

I dress up hastily and put on a pair of sneakers then remove my bonnet to go to the mirror so i can pack my hair.

"Woah...you look snatched baby girl" Priscy teases

        

"C'mon" i smile

I repack my hair into a bun and let out some hair strand in the fore layers , then twist it out and attach some silver accessories. 

 

I walk back to the room

"Ta-daa" as i pose like a disney princess 

"You're definitely going to teach us how you manage to style your hair so well" Paulette compliments 

I smile.

Hanging my tote bag on my shoulder, I dont see the need to take a bible since I have a king james version bible app on my phone.

"Ready" I smile to Violet

She returns it warmly and we head out

"Bye y'all"

"Byeee..

Pray for us too"they reply

We both trek down to faculty of arts orchard and take a seat there waiting on Drew.

"Have you called him?" I ask. By now..it is already nine forty three am.

Violet and Drew share a warm hug and he walks up to me with a wide grin

"Good morning" as i give a very brief look...those powerful eyes of his

"Morning...Renee" he practically looks at me head to toe rapidly

"Your night?" He asks

 "Short and cold"i reply purposely to give him what to ponder on...why would he even care

 "Let's move then" i say

"Oh hollup...they dont know where we're standing exactly" Violet walks away , picks her call and is directing the they i guess.

   

Whaaat! Someone's coming along as well..I'm very sure they're guys...fuck me

My sober face switches on like a flash of light. I can actually see her coming over to us with two guys...they look gangsters...wow! Just wow!

   

"Heyy cheer up" Drew holds my hand into his...i take in his intrinsic eyes..and somehow I'm lost and distracted from everything around us

This is a mistake..

Beautiful one...

Falling for Violet choice of words were....

Getting caught up in the eyes are....

"Mistake"rolls out from my lips

"Replace with fate" he speaks

"Pardon??" Like i didnt hear the first time or wanting to be sure what that meant

"Only time can tell"he nods squeezing my hand then rubbing my palm lightly...as if to cool off

"Just breathe...I didnt know she'd come with others too...but here they are and we cant just back off..why should we?"

  

There's something about how he says we or I'm overthinking.

"Others? You know them?" I'm almost confused

"I mean...strangers..more than one you see"

I nod...safety.

My soul is at peace just in a flick...does he have any slightest idea of how magical this was or is it just me

He turns his gaze...still holding onto me though...

"Ok guys...time is running out...9.52 already" Violet walks right in

  

We both get up while Violet is in front with the two sagging guys...one even has an earring...the other some sort of tattoo and piercing on his left brow with a galaxy hair cut 

Shit! I'm actually going late for church service but I'm at ease..like super calm....

  

  

Drew looks down at me and catches me staring 

He smiles...i look upfront timidly

He's still with my hand..

Must be unintentional i guess...

We probably look like an overly protective senior brother and a little sister walking down the street to buy her caprisonne...

I'm a life evidence of an overthinker

I know.
