"Where's Sean?" Sarah looked around for the figure of her brother..

"He just walked out. Said he had some urgent business."

"Really? Why didn't he tell me before leaving?" Sarah asked, pulling out a chair to eat and then sitting next to Joshua.

"He said he was only gonna be away for a moment. So, he told us to, um, I mean you and I have dinner first."

"Then why are you still here? Don't you have a home?" Sarah said sarcastically, intending to insinuate Joshua to return to his house immediately.

"Sean asked me to keep you here while he's gone. When Sean comes back, I'll be back," Joshua explained casually.

"No need. I can take care of myself, you go home."

"It can't be, Sarah. Sean already gave my orders. So I can't just ignore them."

"Up to you." Sarah picked up a plate filled with large crab cakes in red sauce.

"What's this? Did Sean cook it?" Sarah asked curiously as she put a spoonful of crab meat into her mouth.

"Um, is it good?" Joshua asked anxiously.

"Not bad. I thought Sean could only cook instant spaghetti or just make toast, so he can cook this good?"

"Well, actually, I cooked this all, Sarah," said Joshua shyly because his cooking was praised by the girl he liked.

Sarah suddenly stopped chewing the food that tasted so high up her taste buds.

"I don't know what your favorite food is, Sarah. Sean didn't tell me about your favorite food, so I cooked up all the dishes you might like, or even that you would like. I'm glad you found them, Sarah."

The brightest smile Sarah had never seen, was now clearly visible on Joshua's face. Sarah didn't have the heart to refuse her cooking. Well, even though Joshua's cooking was delicious to her. So Sarah just smiled awkwardly at Joshua who was so sincere to her.

"Really? I heard, yesterday Joshua was doing Mrs. Smith's chores in your apartment, is that right, Sarah? I'm jealous of Joshua." Alena pretends to be in a dormitory.

"What do you mean, Al?" Sarah asked lazily.
