Chapter 10:- Christmas Dinner (1)

Time flew by in a blink of an eye and soon it was Christmas. I've been cleaning and decorating the house since the morning, but I still had many works left to do. 

I looked at the clock and saw that it was already 5:30pm, Minho was going to come anytime now to help me with the decorations and the food.

Ding dong!!

I heard the door bell ring. As I opened the door, I saw Minho standing there with bags of groceries in his hands.

"Hey princess!!", he said while giving me a hug.

"Hey!!", I said, hugging him back.

"So, what should we do first??", he asked as we went into the living room.

"Let's decorate the tree first", I suggested.

"Ok! Let's do it", he said excitedly.

We got down to our work, Minho placed the Christmas tree carefully and we started to decorate it. 

It didn't took much time and soon we were done. We also decorated the tree with tiny lights and as Minho switched them on, we both were mesmerized by the tree's beauty.

"Woah!!", I exclaimed.

"It's going to be our bestest Christmas", he said while still looking at the tree.

"I agree with you", I replied.

"Ok then, you go get ready now. Oh and also, did you bring the clothes that I going to wear today??", he asked.

"Yes, I've brought them, but why did you told me to buy them and keep it in my place??", I asked him.

"I was too lazy to buy them by myself", he said while grinning from ear to ear.

"That I can understand, but why do you've to change in my place??".

"Isn't that obvious, because I was too tired to take the clothes back at my place and then change in them and come here again", he replied.

I let out sigh to hear him say that.

"I don't know what will happen to you in the future", I said that and left.

I entered my room, closed the door behind me and started to get dressed.

Soon I was done and I went out of the room. As I entered the living room, I saw Minho sitting on the sofa and playing with his phone.

"So Min Min, how do I look??", I asked looking at him.

"How many times------", he suddenly stopped as soon as he saw me.

Today, I was wearing a long sleeved, high necked white dress, the dress reached upto my mid thighs only and I wore a pair of long black stockings to go with it. I've let my hairs fall freely and I've applied a light makeup on my face.

"What happened?? Don't I look good??", I asked feeling nervous that maybe the dress doesn't suit me or something.

"No, no, you look breathtaking", Minho replied quickly.

I let out a giggle when I heard him say that.

"Now, you go and change", I told Minho as I made my way towards the kitchen.

"Ok!", he replied.

"Have you already prepared the food??", Minho asked suddenly.

"Yes, only the cake is left, I'm going to make it now".

"Oh ok", he said and left to change.

Ding dong!!

I again heard the door bell ring, as soon as I entered the kitchen. I hurriedly went to the door. As I opened the door, I saw Junsoo standing there wearing a cute baby pink color long sleeved dress which stopped right above her knees, her hair was tied up in a ponytail and she wore a pair of white heels which were matching with her dress. She looked so cute.

"Hey gorgeous!!", Junsoo said, winking at me.

"Hey beautiful!!", I said smiling at her.

We entered the living room, laughing and talking to each other. 

"Isn't Minho here yet??", Junsoo asked while looking around.

"Yes, he's here! He went to get changed", I replied while making my way back into the kitchen.

"Why is he changing here??", Junsoo asked as she followed me.

"Because he's too lazy", I replied.

"And I'm not at all shocked to hear that", Junsoo replied with a sigh.

I started to make the cake, today I'm going to make a Black forest cake with lots of cherries on it. Minho and Junsoo liked to eat cherries a lot, that's why I decided to put a lot of cherries on the cake.

As I made the cake, Junsoo sat on a stool in the kitchen and kept watching me.

Ding dong!! 

We suddenly heard the door bell ring.

"Who may it be now??", Junsoo asked while looking at me.

"Maybe it's Ho-Jun. I told him to come around this time", I replied.

"Ok, let me check then, you continue with your work", Junsoo said and left.

I was doing my work peacefully, when all of sudden Minho hugged me from the back, I was startled that I stopped what I was doing for sometime.

"Damn you Minho!! You scared me", I said.

"I did it to scare you only", Minho replied while laughing and kept on hugging me.

"So, what cake you going to make??", Minho asked while placing his chin on my shoulder.

"Black forest cake with lots of cherries on top of it", I replied while continuing with my work.

"Woah!! Minji you're the best", he said, hugging me tightly from the back.

"Can you stop hugging me??", I asked.

"No!", he replied without any hesitation.

"As you wish then", I didn't bother with him anymore, I was used to Minho being so clingy to me. 

In past, when I asked him why he was so clingy to me only, he said that he felt secure and nice when he hugged me. At that time, I was dumbfounded to hear a boy like him who was always so cheerful and strong, say that, but as time passed by I got used to it.

He kept on hugging onto me, as I continued to do my work.

"Hey Minji! Ho-Jun's here", Junsoo entered the kitchen followed by Ho-Jun.

As soon as Minho saw Ho-Jun, he wrapped his arms more tightly around me, as if protecting me from something.

I sensed that Minho was not happy to see Ho-Jun. Minho reaction was normal, anybody who sees a person with a hat and mask covering his whole face would be suspicious about him/her.

I didn't bother with Minho reaction and turned to look at Ho-Jun.

"Hey Ho-Jun!!", I said while giving him a bright smile.

"Hello Ms. Kim!!", he greeted politely.

"You're in my house now, so you can call me Minji", I said.

"Oh ok", he replied.

"You didn't find trouble to get here, right??", I asked looking at him.

"Oh no, not at all", he replied quickly.

"Ok! So, how's your hand doing??", I asked looking at his hand.

"It's better now", he replied.

"That's good to hear".

"Why don't you make yourself at home....Junsoo please take him to the living room and wait with him there for me and Minho to come", I said looking at Junsoo.

"Ok", Junsoo replied and left with Ho-Jun.

"He's a bit suspicious", Minho said as soon as they left.

"C'mon Minho not again", I said sounding a bit annoyed now.

"Ok, ok, don't get angry now my princess", he said.

With that I continued to do my work.

Ding dong!!

I rang the bell and waited for Minji to open the door.

I was a bit shocked when she told me that we will have our Christmas dinner at her place, but it was fine.

I stood in front of her door, feeling nervous. I heard footsteps near the door and moved forward to greet her.

"Hello Ms.------", I stopped as soon as I saw the girl in front of me was not Minji.

I kept staring at her, feeling confused.

"You're Ho-Jun right??", the girl asked.

"Y-yes, I'm Ho-Jun and you are??", I asked as I came back to my senses.

"Hello! I'm Junsoo, Minji's friend. Nice to meet you", she said.

"Nice to meet you too, Ms. Junsoo", I greeted politely.

"Call me Junsoo, don't have to use Miss", she said.

"Oh okay".

"Now, come inside", she said and I went inside.

I followed her into the kitchen and as soon as I entered, I was shocked.

It's was that guy.....Minho. 

I saw Minji making cake, as he hugged her from the back, placing his chin on her shoulder.

I frowned and felt a bit uncomfortable to see them like that. 

"Hey Minji! Ho-Jun's here", the girl name Junsoo said.

Then only Minji looked up and saw me. She greeted me with a bright smile and I've to admit she looked beautiful when she smiled like this.

I greeted her back politely. We talked a bit, as I talked to her, I saw that guy staring at me continuously. I took a guess that he was not at all happy with my presence here, but I didn't bother with it much.

After sometime, Junsoo and I left the kitchen and Junsoo took me to the living room.

I sat down on the sofa, as I looked around the living room, the decorations there were beautiful and I can guess that Minji did it all.

At first, I thought it's gonna be me and Minji only, but I was wrong. Still, it didn't make me sad and I started wondering how everything going to turn around after this.
