Chapter 2:- Black Mercedes's Owner

Am I dead?? Why am I not feeling any pain?? Did the car hit me??
As numerous questions came in my mind, I slowly started to open my eyes.
When I opened them fully, I was shocked to see that the car have just stopped few inches away from me.
I was in a daze and stayed at the same position and kept staring at the car for a long time, the puppy licked my face and then only I snapped out of my daze and realised what has happened and that was I still sitting at the middle of the road.
I got up from the road and quickly moved towards my car and tugged the little guy inside my car, then I went back towards the Black Mercedes and knocked on the window.
The driver pulled down the glass, I was a bit surprised to see the driver, he was wearing a large black hat which covered most of the upper part of his face and he wore a white mask, only his eyes could be seen, I felt a bit weird to see him.
I didn't wasted anymore time and started to explain about the situation.
"I'm really very sorry Sir!! I didn't mean to jump in front of your car, I was just trying to save that little puppy", I pointed towards my car as I said that.
The driver didn't say anything but kept staring at me. I was feeling a bit awkward by the way he was staring at me, like he was trying to figure something out.
I didn't bother with it, I kept explaining to him.
"Sir, I'm sorry!! If your car had any damage, I'm ready to compensate for it".
I bowed and at that moment my heart shaped pendant which had Jungkook's picture in it, hung out from my coat.
When I looked up, I saw the man staring at the picture inside my pendant, I quickly took the pendant and tugged it inside my coat.
"Sir???".
I called him and he just waved his hand and replied in a soft voice.
"It's fine, I understand the situation but don't do it again".
As he said that I had a strange feeling in my heart and I gave him a small smile.
"Thank you Sir!!! You're really a good person".
He didn't reply to this, I didn't bother with him anymore, I turned on my heels and started making my way towards my car.
The puppy started wagging his tail when he saw me coming near the car. I decided to drop this little guy in a dog shelter. It would be safe over there.
I didn't wasted anymore time, I got inside the car and started the engine.
I looked back at the direction of the Black Mercedes and it was still there but now the glass was pulled up again.
I felt a bit curious about that man, then I realised that I was getting late and I still have to drop this little guy in the dog shelter.
I put the man at the back of my mind and drove off.

What Minji didn't realise is that, until she drove off, a certain person was continuously watching her from behind the glass of a Black Mercedes.
Jungkook gave a small smile and looked away as she drove off and disappeared from his line of sight.
He looked at his hand which was paining very badly.
He let out a sigh.
"I must have dislocated my elbow", he said to himself.
He took out his phone and called a certain person.
"Namjoon hyung, can you pick me up from the Sinsa subway post??"
"Why!? What happened to you??", Namjoon asked from the other side.
"I had a little accident and I need to see a doctor because I think, I've dislocated my elbow and I can't drive also".
"Okay, wait there, I'm coming", Namjoon replied from the other side.
"Khamsamida hyung!!!".
Jungkook hanged up the phone and lay his head at the back of the seat. His hand was still paining very badly.
He recalled the thing which happened just a few minutes ago, how a girl jumped in the middle of the street.
He was startled and pressed the brakes quickly and at that moment he hurt his elbow.
Jungkook closed his eyes and again gave a small smile.

It was already 7pm, when I took out the cake from inside the oven, Minho left the kitchen a long time ago and went to the living room.I placed the cake on the kitchen table and started to decorate it.
