Chapter 8 I am not a child anymore

So, from here the story actually begins.

Monita's Pov :

          I know my mom has worked really hard for me. She had been the strongest woman  from my point of view. It was really alright until I was a child but she wanted to control everything of me.

     She wouldn't let me play with my friends, didn't let me to watch what I wanted to watch, didn't allow me  to visit different places like my friends used to do. What she wanted me to do was just study and study and I was not good with it. She forced me to learn piano.

    Piano was harder to learn.I really didn't like the way she was controlling over my life. I have a life too. I also wanted to live and play like others. I know I have brought a lot of troubles for her but she thinks that I could harm others. How could she think that?

    I really hate her pressurizing  me in everything that I really hate to do. So,  when I was in middle school,I decided to bunk school as I always dreamt of being rebelious and doing something that could actually make my mom irritated.

    Actually, that was not my plan but when I knew that some students were bunking class, I wanted to go with them wherever they would go.

   They had planned to go to trip. When I was going out with them, I didn't realize that they were couple going together. But, when I went with them, then I knew they were going as a couple.

    How can she control over my life, everytime? I had just three close friends. Max,Daisi and Ryan. And I would say Max and Daisi are better than Ryan. And by the way Max and Daisi are my dogs. And that stupid Ryan is a radar that my mom has kept to track me. Thanks God ! I was able to leave that radar that day. He was such a clingy person and I had to solve all of his problems. You couldn't believe but he used to cry like a child when we were kids.

     He didn't even know how to ride cycle and was easily bullied.He would cry for everytime when he couldn't do anything. I don't believe boys can be like that,too.Silly boy and my Hitler mom, really suit each other. They could be mother and son.

    So,  I went out with them to feel and breathe the air of freedom but it was more like I felt awkward with them. I swear going out with couple is a greatest crime and punishment for a single. Furthermore, some of them started taking out the cigarettes and started to puff. That really made me scared.

      "Do you wanna puff some? ,"one of the girl asked me.

       "No, no. I don't want them. "

      I really wanted my freedom but not of this type. I really hated the nagging of my mom but I never thought I would do these kinds of stuffs.How could they? They were just middle school kids on school uniform.

    So,  I started walking on my own and reached a park on my own.I visited the whole park on my school uniform.Then, I got tired and sat down on one of the seats and looked around.

    It was beautiful,everything.It was first time that I was basking in the sun without my mom's nagging. I took out my water bottle and started to drink.

   When someone came and sat beside me.

   "Can you lend me water,too,"he asked.

   I looked at him.  He was quite good looking and handsome but he seemed to be sad and tired. So,  I lent him the water. But he took it and put my bottle directly his mouth.

    " Hey ! No... Don't kiss it," I said as I took away the bottle fom his hands.

    "What? What are you saying?," he asked being shocked for taking away the bottle in an instant.

     "Water bottle ? You see it's mine. You aren't allowed to kiss other's water bottle," I said.

    "Oh!  sorry. I didn't mean to but  but you're in school uniform. Are you lost? "

     "No,  I  bunked the class. "

    He looked shocked.

     "Why? What? Can't I do it?, "I said.

    "Actually, I bunked too. It has been since yesterday. I am staying in hotel and going back today. "

     "Can you bunk for more than a day?Wow...Teach me,too,"I went nearer to him to teach me. But he pushed me and said, "I'm not like you bunking classes because you don't wanna study or fighting with parents.I was here because of work. "

    "You work and study. In which grade are you in? "

     "First year in high school and you?,"he said.

     "Last year in middle school. "

     "Oh... Then, you fought with your parents. "he said.

     "How did you know? "

    "It's a common act during puberty. "

    "That means you did too, " I said looking curiously at him.

     "Obviously. Moreover, I am a guy.I had done it couple of times. "

     "Wow, you are awesome. "

      "But, you should return back. Your parents will get worried, "he said.

      "Look who is speaking. "

       "I told you I'm here because of work. "

      "Okay,okay."

     "Let me get you back to home, "he said.

      "No,  it's alright. I can go back on my own.Moreover,when Hitler sees me with a guy,  she would kill me. "

      "Hitler?"

      "My mom. "

      He laughed a little. "You little girl, you're funny. "

     "I'm not little OK. You're just a year older than. I'm not a little girl. "

     "Okay but make sure you go home,"he said.

     He touched my hair,caressed it and went away. I looked at his back. It was perfect and he looked handsome. He was really good looking too.

     I glared at him until he went out but in an instant he came running back,

     "What happen? "

    He was breathless, "There's..... There's a dog,chasing me. "

     "What? "

     I laughed so loudly.How can a grown up boy be afraid of dogs?

     "You're scared of dogs. hahahha "I couldn't really stop myself from laughing when he suddenly held my wrist, and ran together.

      I told him to stop, but he didn't listen.

    "Just stop, " but he didn't.He stopped when we found a place to hide.

     "I told you to stop."

      "What are you saying? It was chasing us, didn't you see? "he said.

      "Are you stupid or what? It chased because you ran. I still have my bottle and bag over there. "

     He was still holding my hands and I could feel his hands were shaking. He was really scared of dogs. I looked at him and then to our hands. He looked at me and then to hands and left my hand.

    "I was bitten by dog when I was little and was injected for rabies. I don't like them and they scare me. "

     "Okay, I understand.Now,let me go to take  back my bag. "

   I stood up and was about to go when he held my hand and said,"Beware of dogs. "

    "Leave my hand. You're such a coward. "

     And I went to take my bags and bottle.The lid was open,and I mistakenly poured the water on my shirt.Lol..Everything was transparent now. I used my bag to cover it.

     He followed me.I looked at him. Hopefully, he was wearing a thin black jacket.

     "Stand there. And help me. Give me your jacket."

      "But why? "

      "Just give it. "I went and took it out from him and wore it.

      "Thanks, I will return it next time. Give me your address or you can call me in this number. "

      "You are really a thug. How could you snatch at men's body like that. "

      "You are over thinking too much. I am saving myself. "I said.

     "Alright, you don't need to return me that. Keep it. I don't wear the clothes that other had already worn. It's a gift. And I really have to return now. Take care. You little girl."

     He went after that and on his back I shouted, "I told you I am not a little girl. "

     And I sat down back. I was hungry and I ate the lunch prepared by mom, happily. After, I finished, I saw something written on the tiffin." Be healthy my love. "

    Ah.. Mom.It really made me touched. You sure couldn't make me hate you,right.You always made me remember you, though I wanted to go far away from you. I wanted to go home now.I wanted to go to mom.
