Chapter 8: Notification of Love Rival Move!

At Armaan’s office…

In a huge office Armaan was sitting on the chair and his assistant Nolan was reporting him the business matters.

A sudden commotion at the door made both of them looks into the direction; there comes Hernan again with his amusing smirk. He moves in the direction of the sofa and made himself comfortable as if he was a boss.

“You seem to be very busy,” Hernan said.

“Yes, not like you whose business runs on meddling into other businesses,” Armaan replied.

Hernan gave him a fierce look but soon burst into loud laughter and said, “Look at you man, I am here to help you but you are making a joke of me. Listen sometimes meddling is need of the time. At least this time, it is true for you as the future of your love life depends on that.”

Armaan stood up from his chair and sat opposite to Hernan, picked up the cigarette, and lit it up. He looked so charming when he puffed out the smoke rings from his mouth. His slender white fingers holding cigarettes were so suave.

Nolan left silently.

“Speak!”

Hernan again gave him a cheeky gaze before opening his mouth.

“Liam Sean has made a business diversification and extended his hands-on hotel industry, to be specifically Resort,” Hernan said

Armaan raised his brows and give him the indication to continue.

“They are planning to open a new Resort & Amusement Park at Hilltop Mountain. They already had a property and also finalized the construction company but they kept the designing part to themselves.” Hernan continued.

Armaan leaned on the sofa and crossed his long slender legs, with that puffed out few more smoke rings. He was looking calm & quite but he understands well where things were going. Looking at his calmness Hernan got the goosebumps as he understood his intentions.

Without delay, he said, “For designing, they have contacted the MU designers where Reese has joined and unfortunately, this project is assigned to her group only.”

No designing company can handle this project as it is a little tricky because it involved the construction on the mountain region until the team holds a specialization in this area. This is where Liam Sean has nailed as he knows it was Reese’s one of the major specialization. He knew if he gets into any simple construction project then it can be assigned to any group. But what he wants the involvement of Reese on this project. He planned for so long and was waiting for her return only. Once he gets to know she is joining MU designers, he initiated the deal with them beforehand to not let out his intentions in front of Reese and it looks like a simple business dealing only.

“So now do you understand why they hired MU designers? What are your plans…” Hernan asked.

Before Hernan can finish his words, Armaan stood up and asked him to prepare for a day after tomorrow's headline for which he will share the details by tomorrow evening.

Hernan stood there as a clown not understanding what was going on and what Armaan is planning to announce. Is he is going to propose Reese through these means? Or is he is having some sort of Liam’s secret? All sorts of wild thoughts were emerging in his mind with the lightening speed.

Before he could ask him, Armaan has already left his office.

After leaving the office, Armaan called Nolan and asked him to prepare the meeting. Nolan understood for what he was referring to and reverted, “Yes boss.”
