Chapter 9: At Liam Sean’s office…

At the Sean group on the 88th floor, an attractive and handsome man was standing at the French window. His exquisite facial features and the sturdy body were looking exceptionally well and sexy. He was wearing a dark blue color suit and black shirt, which is giving him deep aura.

Standing behind him Jace Keen, his assistant, reported him about the Hilltop resort designing deal. He told him that the project is been assigned to a group in which Reese was there. Listening to which Liam turned around with a sweet glint in his eyes.

His personality is not very cold but no one can predict what is going on in his mind. He always held calm expressions no matter how difficult the situation was but his dealing of things are sometimes merciless. He didn’t like to barge into anybody’s territory but don’t allow anybody to challenge his bottom line. He took over the position of CEO 4 years ago since then there was no looking back.

He asked Jace, “When is the next meeting planned?”

Jace replied, “Most probably next week on Wednesday.”

“Plan it tomorrow and ask them to call all the team members”, Liam said.

Jace was a little confused but he won't have the guts to ask why such a hurry but when he saw the smile on Liam’s face he understood as the boss is not willing to wait for more. He was very well aware of the reasons for initiating this project.

He replied, “Ok boss, let me inform them and I’ll let you know the timing in advance.”

“Don’t push them hard, I’ll be ok for any time but ensure Reese should be there,” Liam said while turning back.

Jace nodded and left.

After leaving the office Jace called Mr. Davis Brown, CEO of MU Designers. Davis was an old champ in the architectural industry. He is in his fifties and a very calm & composed person. He gets along with his employees well because of which they all are very committed to him.

Davis picked up the call and said, “Good evening Mr. Keen, we have already assigned the team of designers on your project and soon will present our first draft.”

Jace replied, “Mr. Brown I didn’t call for you this, as our first collaboration I would like to invite you and the designer team for an informal kick-off meeting over lunch. How about having it tomorrow? Our president will also attend this.”

Hearing this, Davis has taken a back little not because as he don’t understands the reason for such a kick-off meeting but why a president like Mr. Liam Sean would be attending was not clear to him. Although for them it was a big project but for Liam Sean, it was just a drop of water in the ocean. They were dealing in the mining industry for decades and are superficial wealthy.

Before he could reply, Jace understood what he was thinking and said, “Our president is very particular about every project that we undertake. And it’s a first diversification project so he is very keen and looking forward to it.” Jace already sets up the rhythm of the future interactions with this statement so as not to cause any suspicion in the coming time because Liam will be actively involved in this project.

Hearing this, he got convinced with Jace and said, “We are ok and are looking forward to this collaboration. I’ll inform my team and will be there.”

Jace said, “Ok then, I’ll text you the venue address.”

After ending the call with Jace, Davis called Mark and informed him about the meeting but asked him to conceal the fact of President’s Liam visit as he doesn’t want to scare them. It was not like they have not attended such meetings but Liam presence was altogether was a different thing. His name is enough to send chills to people.

Mark came to design group 7 and informed them about tomorrow's lunch and kick-off meeting. He asked them to prepare a hand-out material first. Reese was specialized in this area so he asked her to prepare the same. She happily accepted it although time was a little short still she was confident that she can do it.

At half-past five Reese received a call from Aviva as she said she will come sharp at 6 pm to pick her up.

Reese came downstairs and saw Aviva’s red Ferrari standing opposite to road; she crossed the road and immediately sat in the passenger seat before anybody could see het. She was fastening her seat belt when she hard Aviva whistling on a handsome man, when Reese saw the man she giggled and said, “Good choice this time,”

“Do you know him?” Aviva asked.

“Yes, he is a group leader of our design department, Mark Wee.” She replied.

“I also want to join this company”, Aviva said.

“What will you do here dear? Your majors were business management so you are far far away from designing!”

“I can be his assistant and manage his personal & professional business. Look at him…heavens he is so hot… I want to squeeze him!” Aviva replied.

“Aww…stop drooling. Let’s get back to home…I have to work!” Reese passed the tissue paper to Aviva while chuckling.

Aviva hit her on the head and started the car.
