The Day I Met Her.....

So far I have never given much thought to how my life would end or what difficulties I could get myself into.

Maybe I was just too naive. Too naive to believe that I can solve all my problems on my own. However, pulling someone unintentionally into this shit and putting them in danger was ultimately, my neck broken ...

It was hot,

in the middle of a mild summer evening ...

The unbearable heat hit me mercilessly. There I stood now, completely exhausted, like almost every evening after jogging at the rocky bay, about 2km outside of Philadelphia. My stone gray tracksuit was already soaked with sweat. It clung to my athletic physique. Gasping for breath, I pushed my hood off my head and propped my arms on my legs. Enclosed I stretched my head to the sky. My pulse was racing like crazy. It almost felt like my little pounding poop was about to jump out of me. Panting, I stroked my short, also sweaty, dark brown, almost black hair.

From up here I enjoyed watching the sunset and continued to gasp for air. The spectacle fascinated me every time anew, how the impending darkness tried to fight against the last rays of the sun. Suddenly the sky turned bright pink, as if the sun wanted to refuse to set. Unfortunately she lost every time against this ruthless darkness. Presumably this sight was as hopeless as my fight ...

Tired, I got to my feet and began to stretch. Meanwhile, my gaze wandered out to sea, where the waves were already quite rough and uncomfortable on the rock face.

The rocky bay was my favorite place. Here I could escape from everyday life undisturbed when I needed a clear head. I discovered this place by chance one day when I was walking blindly to the left and furious. I wanted to get away ... away from everything and everyone.

However, you can only reach this place by crossing a narrow but dense forest beforehand. That's probably why it's always deserted here, as hardly anyone knew him. When you reached the clearing, you stood directly at a barren vantage point with a view of the sea. Of course, you can't just walk into the water from here. Unless someone would jump down the approximately 25 meter high rock face. But that would be pure madness!

Or maybe not?

At the same moment I had a strange urge to rush in and just let yourself be carried away by their force ... My head cinema was going crazy. The adrenaline shot up. With gasps and a slight dizziness I moved, but back a little from the abyss.

Would you even miss me? Or would everyone be happy when I was finally gone? What does this shitty life have in store for me? If there was one thing I knew for sure, it was that I was going to miss Philadelphia for the view.

My mum told me that she met a new man over the internet. His name was Joe and he lives in Germany. More precisely in Berlin. She will fly to him with me in a few hours. Tesa has had innumerable husbands, but with Joe she seemed really happy the first time. At least that's how it sounded when they talked on the phone. Mum raved continuously about him and his great, neat little house, over two floors. Presumably she was already dreaming of a happy family life with three or maybe four soon, who knew that? For a moment I slumped to the ground and reminisced.

“Look and this will be your room. Then you would have a really nice room. It's bathed in a friendly navy blue, ”I remembered exactly how she proudly presented the mobile phone picture to me.
